June 16, 2013) This event will include paired training and application demonstrations on using different graphical and script-based pipeline workflow architectures to manage, process, analyze and visualize large volumes of neuroimaging and genetics data. Attendees will learn to use several concrete end-to-end pipeline workflow solutions for imaging (sMRI, fMRI, DTI) and phenotypic (demographic, genetic, clinical) data in development, aging and pathology. (August 21, 2012) New versions of both plugins are now available for download. These versions added support for accounting which used to be dependent of ARCo database. Now by default the new implementation will be used but you can configure to use ARCo if you want. You can download new plugins from here.
