(August 21, 2012) New versions of both plugins are now available for download. These versions added support for accounting which used to be dependent of ARCo database. Now by default the new implementation will be used but you can configure to use ARCo if you want. You can download new plugins from here.
(February 10, 2012) Distributed Pipeline Server (DPS) installer version 2.0 beta is available for download. This version includes a number of new capabilities, including the option to install DTK, ITK, and GAMMA as neuroimaging tools, a new panel for installing the bioinformatics tools that are currently included in the Pipeline library on cranium, and preliminary changes aimed at updating Sun's old gridengine to Son of Grid Engine. DPS is a user-friendly, integrated GUI installer that lets you install and configure the Pipeline server as well as Grid Engine and computational imaging and informatics software tools. (August 2, 2011) Pipeline version 5.2.3 is available for download. In addition to support of Mac OS X Lion, this version also includes new features such as Unlimited workflow zooming, saving metadata as csv file, support for command line redirection operators and shortcuts to some often used functions. (May 16, 2011) Pipeline version 5.2.1 is available for download. This version includes mostly improvements, optimizations and bug fixes. (May 4, 2011) Pipeline version 5.2 is available for download. This version includes a new feature which tries to semi-automatically create a module from a help file or a manual page. It also supports instance restarts which allows to restart any instance without affecting the module execution. There are many other new features which are described at 5.2 features list page.
