LONI Pipeline

The FSL modules in the pipeline library reference wrapper scripts for executables rather than making simple calls to the binaries. This is due mainly to the environmental variables that must be set for proper usage inside LONI’s cluster. The wrapper scripts were created using Microsoft’s Wordpad, which introduced a series of characters unrecognizable by our Linux nodes cause execution failures. This has been resolved by recreating such wrappers entirely on the server side. Please contact pipeline@loni.ucla.edu if additional issues have arisen. Please be advised that use of FSL 4.1 instead of 4.0.3 is highly recommended as this suite has been known to cause errors.
