As some of you may know, we were finally able to get FSL 4.0.3 out to our cluster recently. Currently, we’re working on getting the new version of feat to function in the Pipeline as well, and as soon as the issues are resolved, a new version of FSF2Pipe will be released on our download page that will let you run feat through the Pipeline.
Just this morning, we also found out that our Freesurfer 4 license file is corrupt, so we’re trying to get that redistributed to the cluster ASAP. Until then you will get errors when attempting to run any workflows that make use of Freesurfer 4 programs. We should have this fixed shortly, and apologize for any inconvenience.
