Cranium server operational again

The problems that had plagued our cluster throughout the weekend and today have finally been resolved. The Pipeline server is running on our Linux cluster minus 30 compute nodes, which we will bring online as quickly as we can throughout the week.

FSL feat 4 and Freesurfer

Version 4.0.4 and a Windows bug

We’re releasing a new build today with some bug fixes, and the changes can be found in the release notes. Also, we’ve had reports of difficulty accessing the server library, or receiving server library updates when they use the Pipeline on Windows.
