The LONI Pipeline is a free workflow application primarily aimed at Neuroimaging Researchers. With the LONI Pipeline users can quickly create workflows that take advantage of all the greatest neuroimaging tools available.

- Version 4.4
(September 21, 2009) Pipeline version 4.4 is out. This version includes server features such as submit jobs on behalf of the user, restarting the server without affecting any running and queued jobs. This version also improves performance when reconnecting active sessions. LONI Viewer is extended to support .scene files, and output data files can be viewed in Execution Log window. (July 15, 2009) Pipeline version 4.3.3 is available. This version contains minor bug fixes including GUI bugs in server changer, local file browser, and bug that may cause server misbehave when DRMAA is enabled. It also fixes Pipeline updater problem in Windows Vista and IDA File Conversions feature for Windows. Please check release notes for a list of changes.
