(December 28, 2011) Distributed Pipeline Server (DPS) installer version 2.0 beta is available for download. This version includes a number of new capabilities, including the option to install DTK, ITK, and GAMMA as neuroimaging tools, a new panel for installing the bioinformatics tools that are currently included in the Pipeline library on cranium, and preliminary changes aimed at transitioning from SGE to Univa Grid Engine. DPS is a user-friendly, integrated GUI installer that lets you install and configure the Pipeline server as well as Grid Engine and computational imaging and informatics software tools.
