The LONI Pipeline is a free workflow application primarily aimed at neuroimaging researchers. With the LONI Pipeline users can quickly create workflows that take advantage of all the greatest neuroimaging tools available.

(December 28, 2011) Distributed Pipeline Server (DPS) installer version 2.0 beta is available for download. This version includes a number of new capabilities, including the option to install DTK, ITK, and GAMMA as neuroimaging tools, a new panel for installing the bioinformatics tools that are currently included in the Pipeline library on cranium, and preliminary changes aimed at transitioning from SGE to Univa Grid Engine. DPS is a user-friendly, integrated GUI installer that lets you install and configure the Pipeline server as well as Grid Engine and computational imaging and informatics software tools. (November 16, 2011) Pipeline version 5.3.1 is available for download. This update improves the speed of loading server library and fixes a few bugs. For detailed description of changes, please see Release Notes.
